TV reporter did borrow Garún

Hrefna sent nice news from Iceland: Garún had a great show 28.6.2009. She got EX, 1 place, BOB, honour price, CERT and went to compete in best in group! She had a great time at the show and the TV reporter did borrow Garún to have her with him when he did talk about the show. Garún in TV

With Tuukka we are dreaming about travelling one day to Iceland, but unfortunately it is impossible during this summer. I even started lotto gambling but maybe that doesn't help a lot...

Hrerna lähetti mukavia terveisiä Islannista. Garúnin ensimmäinen näyttely virallisissa luokissa on ohi ja tyttö oli rotunsa paras ja sai sertin. TV-toimittaja lainasi Garúnia myös näyttelykatsauksessaan. Seuraava koitos on edessä elokuussa.

Haaveilemme Tuukan kanssa matkasta Islantiin, mutta ainakaan tänä kesänä se ei vielä toteudu. Aloitin kyllä jo lottoamisen...

Vietin lauantain 6.6. Mustialassa Suomen Borzoiklubi Ry:n erikoisnäyttelyn kehäsihteerinä. Urosten tuomarina toimi sveitsiläinen Marliese Müller ja narttujen slovenialainen Andreja Novak. Yhteensä koiria oli ilmoitettu kaikkiin luokkiin 128 ja uroksia näistä oli 58.

Tässä myös tuttujen iloksi kuvia näistä turkin omaavista vinttikoirista. Borzoi oli mielenkiintoinen tuttavuus rotuna, ilmapiiri näyttelyssä rento ja tutustuin uusiin ihmisiin. Ilma oli koleahko, mutta muutoinhan Mustialan puitteet erikoisnäyttelylle ovat mitä mainioimmat.

I spent my whole Saturday 6.6. as a show steward in Borzoi specialty ring. Altogether there were 128 borzois. Here a couple of photos also to delight my friends. As a breed Borzoi seems an interesting one and the atmosphere in the show was friendly. Judge of dogs was Marliese Müller from Switzerland and judge of bitches Andreja Novak from Slovenia.
